 Modern Art at the MAC

Jenny Cothern, a member of the MMAC Board, is currently exhibiting at the MAC. Jenny is a multi-talented individual. She has a BFA degree from MTSU where her emphasis was in architectural interior design. She formerly owned  the Creative Pallet, an art supply store and is a current co-owner of The Tater Box Cafe and Piece of Cake Catering with her mother, June Duke.

Jenny has considered offering classes in modern art techniques at the MAC, so if you are interested in such a class, let us hear from you! Send us an email or give us a call at 728-3434.

Our next exhibit will be that of  Jim Shemwell. He also is a board member and multi-talented. He is the former principal of Hickerson Elelmentary and Cascade School. He sings and acts, performs at a western Dude Ranch where he collected many of his ideas for his art work, and last, but not least, he is Big Jim Haggard, marshall of the Posse!

His works will undoubtly be as eclectic as his interests!
