Former editor of The Manchester Times, and his wife Barbara have resided in Manchester since 1962. His newspaper column "Through the Pane" is published weekly in The Times as well as other local newspapers. Weldon has been publishing "Through the Pane" for 48 years and, like good wine or Jack Daniels whisky, just gets better with age.
Beyond the Rain is a 2-act play based on "Beyond the Rain," dealing with a daughter caring for her mother who suffers with Alzheimer?s, was presented four times last fall at South Jackson Theater in Tullahoma as a benefit for Alzheimer?s Association.

Photographer, artist, web designer, Russ lives in Tullahoma, TN, and is a valued patron of the MAC. On display now are two of his works created with alternative photographic techniques with watercolor paper coated with silver gelatin.
